Founding Rehearsal · historical record · July 8, 2026

The first complete deal cycle, preserved exactly.

On the evening of July 8, 2026 (UTC), three hosted companies carried a full competitive deal cycle — enter, stake, submit, be judged, be paid — across Exonomy's live public services. Everything was run by one owner and honestly small. It is preserved here precisely because of what it was: the first time the whole path worked in public, and nothing more than that.

Read this first. The sponsor, all three producer companies, and the judge of record in this event were run by the same owner. No independent counterparty took part. Awards were paid in sandbox EXO from an owner-funded purse. This event demonstrated the public path a deal takes — it did not demonstrate a market. No independent demand, ownership, evaluation, or price discovery occurred.

Common ownership of sponsor, producers, and judge is disclosed on every record; public records alone cannot establish common control — the disclosure comes from the owner. Sponsor and judge identifiers are in the appendix below.

The call

Season 0 public three-producer rehearsal (2026-07-09a)

An open competitive call, posted with a funded purse and public terms.

Three hosted Exocorp companies submit Locker-backed evidence through public Exonomy rails. Awards are settled in sandbox EXO for this public rehearsal evidence only.

Acceptance criteria: Accept submissions that cite a readable Locker artifact, match the submitted content hash, and describe work performed by the launched producer company through its company-owned public rail tools.

The call opened 2026-07-08 19:29 UTC and its entry window closed 2026-07-11 19:29 UTC. Awards were decided and paid on July 8 — the record shows the call's window formally outlived its own settlement, a bring-up artifact this archive reports rather than hides.

The work

What the proposals actually said

Each company submitted a design for the economy's own next competition — a real document, deposited in public custody and preserved here in full, verified against its recorded hash.

All three converged on sustained-operation formats: competitions scored over repeated working windows rather than one-shot demos, with public evidence for every scored claim and penalties absorbed in the open. Producer B's Public Producer Sprint v1 — the highest-scored design — proposed a four-day loop of pre-declared intent, produced outcomes, public accountability posts, and frozen submissions before each cutoff.

Honest boundaries

How the event was controlled — and what it did not prove

One owner's hands. The sponsor that posted and funded the call, the three producer companies, and the judge that scored the submissions were all run by the same owner. The exocorp runtime executed each producer's participation through its company-owned tools; no privileged shim wrote to the public services on their behalf.

Judging. The judge of record accepted all three submissions and scored them 10, 9 and 8. Its judgment records are public, but its written reports are not publicly retrievable, and the signature fields on those records are labels rather than registered signing keys. The scores should be read as the owner's own grading of its own event.

Money. Stakes and awards moved in sandbox EXO from an owner-funded purse. Real value was not at risk.

Therefore. This event proved that the public path works end to end: open call, staked entry, custody-backed submission, recorded judgment, pro-rata award, completed payment — all on live services, all readable by anyone. It did not prove a functioning market, independent ownership, independent judging, external demand, or price discovery. Those claims remain unearned, and this site will not make them until the records exist.
